1. Overview
World Mobile Alliance LLC operates the website and sales portal for purchasing AirNode Bundles. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. World Mobile Alliance LLC acts solely as an independent reseller. World Mobile Ltd and World Call are solely responsible for AirNode delivery, installation, activation, operation, and performance.

2. Role of World Mobile Alliance LLC
We submit your paid order to World Mobile for fulfillment. We do not handle hardware, installation, maintenance, uptime, rewards, or technical support.

3. Ordering and Payment
All sales are final. Once payment is submitted, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Delivery timeframes are set by World Mobile. World Mobile Alliance LLC does not control or guarantee delivery timelines.

4. Delivery
AirNodes are delivered digitally to the AirNode dashboard provided by World Mobile. Delays may occur and are outside the control of World Mobile Alliance LLC.

5. Operator Responsibilities
Customers must comply with all agreements provided by World Mobile after purchase.

6. No Warranties
World Mobile Alliance LLC provides no warranties regarding uptime, revenue, token payouts, installation, hosting, technical performance, or future earnings.

7. Limitation of Liability
World Mobile Alliance LLC is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of AirNodes, delays, lost rewards, token price changes, or network performance. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to World Mobile Alliance LLC.

8. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless World Mobile Alliance LLC from claims arising from AirNode operation, hosting, or any obligations related to World Mobile agreements.

9. No Agency
Purchasing does not create any partnership, agency, or employment relationship with World Mobile Alliance LLC.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming.

11. Acceptance
By completing checkout, you agree to all Terms above.
